"But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will
come. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers,
disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious
gossips, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless,
conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5holding to a form of
godliness, although they have denied its power; and avoid such men as these." (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
According to Greek New Testament, Paul lists 19 plural nouns
describing the 19 types of people in the last-day church, such as self-lovers,
money-lovers ..., when the church perverts into the Great House empty. . I have
not seen any Bible translation using 19 plural nouns.
I would like to share with Paul the description of the dozens
of spiritual and carnal people in the congregation today I have met and known:
--
I find David pleasing to God,
Erase adultery - he's excellent instead!
Jeroboam was very ambitious,
Induces kingdom worship image.
Esther sold herself to redeem the people,
Mordecai lives selflessly all life.
Nehemiah did not get paid,
Ezra Bible study for comprehension.
Peter was purged and ran long,
Paul was short of stature and genius,
James persecuted the churches,
Loving the World, Demas lives away,
Old John had a life to live alone,
Write fifty Book chapters superordinary.
